ECHO HYDROGEN WATER BOTTLE WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for purchasing the Echo Hydrogen Flask from 10X Health. This certificate outlines the terms and conditions of your limited 5-year warranty, which is offered to the original purchaser solely by 10X Health Ventures, LLC and not by the manufacturer.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers material defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for five (5) years from the original purchase date. Coverage applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

Covered Remedies

At its sole discretion, 10X Health will choose one of the following remedies for qualifying warranty claims:
  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement with a new or refurbished unit
  • Prorated store credit from date of purchase (Year 1 @100%, Year 2 @75%, Year 3 @50%, Year 4 and 5 @25%)

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to harsh environments, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the user manual. Accessories are only covered for 30 days from delivery. Warranty coverage will be void if damage is caused by negligence or improper maintenance.

THIS DEVICE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IN WATER AND IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. WATER DAMAGE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10X Health disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

How to File a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to SR@10Xhealthsystem.com. Include and provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description or visual evidence of the issue. 10X Health Customer Service will reach out within 3 business days to discuss your concern.
Many common issues can be resolved without replacement through simple adjustments, software or firmware updates, or minor fixes that do not require warranty coverage. For more details on how to troubleshoot your Echo bottle, please refer to the Echo Flask™ User Manual. or contact 10X Health Customer Support at 844-977-2810. Please note: The manufacturer of the bottle, Echo is unable to assist on purchases made from 10X Health System, please contact 10X Health.Replacement parts (power cord, block, lids and gaskets) are also available at our online store at http://10XHealthsystem.com

This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects: 

  • Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.
  • Any material physical flaw in the device manifesting in the exterior enclosure, including splits or cracks in the case, delamination of glued surfaces, and broken or defective screens or displays that impact the device’s performance and are not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.
  • This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories included with or attached to the device.
  • This limited warranty is personal to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and/or any replacement equipment.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions 

  • The device’s battery is not covered under the warranty; however, if you are experiencing an issue, please contact our support team.
  • Accessories like the seal/gasket, charging cord, and power block are covered under warranty only within the first 30 days from the date you receive your product. If needed, you may purchase replacements from http://echowater.com
  •  after this timeframe has been exceeded. Accessory replacement orders that are not covered under warranty will incur applicable tax and shipping charges.
  • The Echo Flask warranty does not cover app or firmware-related issues. The Echo Water App may occasionally experience temporary disruptions during development and updates. However, this does not indicate a defect in the bottle itself, as it will continue to produce hydrogen as intended.
  • Warranty coverage will be void if the product has been intentionally or negligently damaged, misused, or improperly maintained. You may find all product guidelines for use and maintenance in the Echo Flask™ User Manual.

 Exclusions include damage from:

  • THIS DEVICE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IN WATER AND IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. WATER DAMAGE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
  • Dropping, staining, or prolonged sun exposure
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or use of substances other than water
  • Freezing or extreme cold
  • Water damage
  • Contact with insects or animals
  • Use in unventilated, excessively hot, or humid environments
  • Use with hard water
  • Physical damage or soiling, including bodily fluids
  • Theft or loss

One warranty replacement is allowed per purchased item. If the device has already been replaced under warranty, no additional full replacements will be issued. If a replacement device is experiencing issues, please contact our support team for further guidance.

All replacement products will carry the original warranty purchase date. The warranty period does not restart or extend when a replacement product is issued.
