I was having severe gout issues that was leading to joint issues, and was very concerned and had absolutely no resolution from doctors. I am very heathy and was eating perfectly but the methylation was an issue and was translating into many health issues for me. I did the test and the MTHFR gene was broken on both sides since taking the supplements my life is completely taken a positive turn. I highly recommend everybody does this.
